Unit 3 is a Junior Suite particularly suited for the independent and extended stay traveler. This 400 sf Unit offers all the conveniences of a home in a cozy, historic setting, in the middle of the thriving theatre district. The unit features a full size kitchenette with sink, refrigerator / freezer and a microwave. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. The unit has an independently controlled AC/Heat unit. The Unit features two full size beds, comfortable couch and large table with chairs. A large flat screen TV is mounted on a wall arm. The large private bathroom has an antique claw-foot tub/shower combination, and two pedestal sinks. Five oversized knee high windows along the east, south and west side of the Unit provide spectacular views of the entire theatre district, all the way to Saint Louis University Campus.
